It’s April Fools Day! I’m usually not one to pull any pranks because they usually backfire on me but there were quite a few that were pulled by other people at school today. For example, in my Electronic Mag class, some of the kids tricked the teacher to go outside and locked her outside while they put sticky notes all over her desk. Unfortunately for her, it was pouring rain outside...whoops.
Other than that, April is going to be a very busy month (I feel like I say that every month but this time it’s actually going to be hectic). I have a total of 5 tests over the next 2 weeks, a band contest 2 Mondays from now and so much more homework. The good news is, I’ve pre written some reviews and blog posts so I will try to post at least 2-3 posts each week. (Also, read all the way through this post to read a big hint about my new surprise.) April Books to be read (that I currently have): Lock and Key by Sarah Dessen Just Listen by Sarah Dessen The Truth about Forever by Sarah Dessen Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson Summer of Sloane by Erin L. Schneider One Paris Summer by Denise Grover Swank Books that I want to read (that I don’t have) To All the Boys I Loved Before by Jenny Han P.S. I still love you by Jenny Han (I know I’ve had these two books on my list forever but everytime I go to the library, they’re never there). The Siren by Kiera Cass Reviews to post: As a die-heart fan of the The Selection series by Kiera Cass, I am a disgrace as I haven’t reviewed any of her books yet. With the last book in the series coming out in May, I have decided to review each of the 4 books, one per week, until the publishing date. So with that, here are the reviews I need to write and post this month. The Selection by Kiera Cass The Elite by Kiera Cass The One by Kiera Cass The Heir by Kiera Cass (I am in no way being required to promote the series. The point of this blog is for me to share books that I like and recommend so please, no hate.) Isle of the Lost by Melissa de la Cruz Not Cinderella’s Type by Jenni James Now about that surprised I mentioned. I have been working on a new project for a little while now but it is still not ready to be published to the world. What I can say is that I am starting a series of sites but they’re all under construction and coming together very slowly. Anyways, you all will be the first people to find out about these sites as soon as they are published. I plan on releasing them within the next 1-2 months, but I want them to be perfect. I hope you all had a good first day of April and didn’t get pranked too hard. Tell me how your day went in the comments or on social media. I love talking with y’all. ~Brooke
